At Sensidel, we want you to feel confident and cared for when choosing our products. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- For hygienic and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@sensidel.com within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.
Return Process
- Email hello@sensidel.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack your item securely and ship it back following the instructions provided.

- Final sale items
- Opened or used skincare products (unless defective/damaged upon arrival)
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank or card provider.
