At Sensidel, we strive to make sure your order arrives safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Below are our shipping terms and guidelines.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-demand periods, processing may take longer, but we will notify you of any delays.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times (once shipped):
    • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2–3 business days
    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Canada Post (for Canadian orders). Carrier availability may vary by region.


International Shipping

  • Sensidel proudly ships worldwide.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.
  • Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • You can also log in to your Sensidel account to view order status and tracking updates.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • Certain products may not be available for international shipping due to import restrictions.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@sensidel.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • If your package is lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible but cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered.

Order Changes & Address Updates

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. If you need to update your address, contact hello@sensidel.com immediately.
