Shipping Policy

At Sensidel, we want your order to arrive safely, quickly, and in excellent condition. Below are our shipping terms and guidelines.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-demand periods, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

Standard Shipping, Domestic: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping, Domestic: 2–3 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Carrier availability may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

Sensidel ships internationally where available.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government or carrier.

Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. Sensidel is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

You may also be able to log in to your Sensidel account to view your order status and tracking updates.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses at this time.

Certain products may not be available for international shipping due to import restrictions, carrier limitations, or local regulations.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sensidelskincare.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your package is lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We will do our best to assist where possible, but Sensidel is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Order Changes and Address Updates

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@sensidelskincare.com.
